REPLACEMENT/REFUND

You have the right to return the whole order or part of it, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In case of return:

• You fill in the special Return Form, which you will find inside the package, in order to inform us, if you wish, of the reasons for the return and the way you want us to serve you.
• Products to be returned are sent exclusively to the address Vasileiadis Giorgos, Tuscany Fashion, Venizeloy 107, Giannitsa, PO Box 58100
• In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, the basic condition is that the product(s) be returned within 14 days, from the day of notification of withdrawal. The products must be accompanied by their original packaging, in excellent condition, without damage, complete and with the relevant documents.

On the Return Form you are given the following alternatives:

• Replacement: Our Company will do its best to replace the product that you return to us either because the size is not suitable for you, or because you want another product code, or because this product is defective.
• Refund: The refund will be completed within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In any case, the Company will refund the money after receiving the products and checking their condition.

Underwear and swimwear are excluded from the above, which for reasons of hygiene, are not returned.

RETURNS SHIPPING CHARGE

To return the product(s), you bear the full cost of the return. In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, with a refund, the customer bears the entire cost of transport (from and to him). The money, minus the shipping costs, will be returned in the same way that the payment was made (Credit Card – Bank Account). Interbank transaction costs in the event of a refund to a bank other than Piraeus, are borne solely by you.
